The results of the thematic analysis of the data showed that the strategies of supporters, individual, structural and infrastructural, motivational, educational, technical and specialized, and ideologue were discovered as the main and strategic aspects of women's sports lifestyle. Also among the concepts adopted is the concept of regular program setting, knowledge of the benefits and educational institutions, respectively with the importance factor of 29, 25 And 23, and in total, all strategies with the importance of 565 were discovered and extracted. Overall, these strategies can help to remove barriers to women’s sports participation and promote a more inclusive and supportive environment for female athletes and create shared moments and positive memories. Also, assigning positive and health meaning to physical activity, and guiding women by providing comprehensive and inclusive educational programs can lead to active and athletic lifestyles in women.
