ادراک مادران از شاخص های "مادر به اندازه کافی خوب": مطالعه ای با رویکرد داده بنیاد

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین مادران از مفهوم مادر به اندازه کافی خوب در مادران شهرستان بانه انجام شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی از نوع داده بنیاد(گراندد تئوری) می‌باشد. مورد مطالعه این پژوهش را کلیه مادران دارای فرزند در شهرستان بانه در سال 1402 تشکیل دادند که با توجه به روش کیفی انتخاب حجم نمونه به صورت هدفمند و نمونه‌گیری تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه پیدا کرد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه بود. جهت شناسایی مؤلفه‌های مادر به اندازه کافی خوب از رویکرد تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. کلیه تحلیل‌های آماری در بخش کیفی با کمک نرم‌افزار NVivo8 انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که به صورت کلی 135 طبقه اولیه شناسایی شدند. مفاهیم استخراج شده در مورد بیانگر این بود که مادر به اندازه کافی خوب از نظر مادران برخورداری از توانایی مشورت و گفتگو، صداقت و داشتن مهارت مادری و والدگری بود. مادر به اندازه کافی خوب دارای حدود و ثغور رفتاری و کلامی می باشد. نتایج نشان داد که مادر به اندازه کافی خوب شخصی قاطع، مهربان، مدیر و دلسوز است. علاوه براین مادر به اندازه کافی خوب توجه ویژه به رشد جسمی، شناختی، روانی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی و اقتصادی فرزند دارد. نتایج دلالت بر این داشت که شیوه مفهوم پردازی مادران از مادر به اندازه کافی خوب و شیوه معنادهی آنان در این مورد بیشتر حول محور امورات انضمامی و رفع نیازهای عمدتاً فیزیولوژیک و مراقبت های عینی از کودکان قرار دارد و ساحت رابطه مندی و روانشناختی چندان دیده نمی شود.

چکیده [English]

The present study was conducted with the aim of explaining to mothers the concept of a good enough mother in the mothers of Bane city. The current research method is a qualitative type of grounded theory data. The subject of this research was all the mothers with children in Baneh city in 1402, which according to the qualitative method of selecting the sample size in a targeted manner and sampling continued until reaching theoretical saturation. The data collection tool was interview. In order to identify the mother components well enough, thematic analysis approach was used. All statistical analyzes were performed in the qualitative section with the help of NVivo8 software. The results showed that a total of 135 primary classes were identified. The concepts extracted in the case indicated that the mother was good enough, according to mothers, having the ability to consult and talk, honesty, and having mothering and parenting skills. The mother has good enough behavioral and verbal limits. The results showed that the good enough mother is decisive, kind, manager and caring person. In addition, the mother pays special attention to the child's physical, cognitive, psychological, social, cultural and economic development. The results indicated that mothers' way of conceptualizing mother is good enough and their way of giving meaning in this case is more centered around concrete matters and meeting physiological needs and objective care of children, and relational and psychological areas are not seen much.
