اثربخشی آگاهی بخشی به مادران بر اساس مرور زندگی خانواده مبدا بر نحوه ارتباط با فرزندان

چکیده

رابطه والد-فرزندی از عوامل مختلفی تأثیر می‌پذیرد که یکی از مؤثرترین آن‌ها تجربیات اوایل زندگی والدین در ارتباط با خانواده مبدأ است. درک والدین از تجارب و شیوه‌ی انطباق با آن‌ها ممکن است کیفیت روابط والد-فرزندی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. یکی از روش‌های درمانی که می‌تواند به والدین در حل‌وفصل این تجارب کمک کند، مرور زندگی خانواده مبدأ هست. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین اثربخشی آگاهی‌بخشی به مادران بر اساس مرور زندگی خانواده مبدأ بر نحوه ارتباط با فرزندان صورت گرفته است. مواد و روش‌ها: طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعه‌ی نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون –پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و با گزینش تصادفی بود.جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش حاضر، کلیه‌ی مادران دارای فرزند 3 تا 6 سال شهر تهران بودند که از این میان 20 بیمار با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با ملاک‌های ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی و برابر به گروه آزمایش یا کنترل تخصیص یافتند. آزمودنی‌ها به مقیاس مقیاس ارزیابی رابطه مادر-کودک (CRE) به عنوان پیش‌آزمون و سپس پس‌آزمون پاسخ دادند. سپس، گروه آزمایش به مدت 6 جلسه‎‌ی 120 دقیقه‌ای به مرور‌‌ زندگی خانواده مبدأ پرداختند در حالی که گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی را دریافت نکرد. داده‌ها با استفاده از شاخص‌های آماری توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره و نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: روش درمانی مرور زندگی خانواده مبدأ بر بهبود روابط والد-فرزندی مؤثر بوده است؛ و موجب کاهش زیر مقیاس‌های طرد، سهل گیری بیش‌ازحد، حمایت بیش‌ازحد و افزایش پذیرش والدین در فرزندان شده است(01/0>p). نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، می‌توان گفت که ، رویکرد آموزشی ارائه شده می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک گزینه مداخله‌ای موثر برای کمک به بهبود روابط والد-فرزندی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

The parent-child relationship is influenced by various factors, one of the most effective of which is the early life experiences of the parents in relation to the family of origin. Parents' perceptions of experiences and how to adapt to them may affect the quality of parent-child relationships. One treatment that can help parents resolve these experiences is the life review of the family of origin. The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of informing mothers based on the life review of the family of origin on how to communicate with children.
The present quantitative study is a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The statistical population consisted of all mothers with children aged 3 to 6 years in Tehran. The statistical sample of the study consisted of 20 subjects who were selected voluntarily by available method and in two groups of 10 experimental and control, were randomly assigned. In this study, a mother-child interaction questionnaire prepared by Robert M. Ross was used to collect quantitative data.
The results of the analysis showed that the family of origin life review therapy has been effective in improving parent-child relationships; It has reduced the subscales of rejection, excessive negligence, excessive support, and increased parental acceptance in children. (p < .01).
Conclusions: According to the, it can be said that the education provided can be used as an intervention option to help improve parent-child relationships..
