نقش تحمل نکردن بلاتکلیفی و تنظیم هیجان در پیش‌بینی رضامندی زناشویی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری ـ عملی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش، بررسی نقش تحمل بلاتکلیفی و تنظیم هیجان در پیشبینی رضامندی زناشویی در افراد مبتلا به OCD بود. روش این پژوهش همبستگی از نوع پیش‌بینی بود. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش را تمام بیماران مبتلا به وسواس فکری ـ علمی تشکیل دادند که به بیمارستان روانپزشکی رازی شهر تبریز مراجعه کرده‌اند. 60 نفر از این افراد با استفاده از روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند که برای تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از آزمون رگرسیون استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که رضامندی زناشویی مبتلایان به OCD با بلاتکلیفی در مورد آینده (45/0 = r؛ 000/0>p)، نشخوارگری (28/0- = r؛ 01/0>p)، ارزیابی دوباره مثبت (28/0- = r؛ 01/0>p)، فاجعه‌سازی (30/0 = r؛ 00/0>p) و نمره کلی تنظیم هیجان (32/0 = r؛ 006/0>p) ارتباط معناداری دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که 34 درصد و 32 درصد از کل واریانس رضامندی زناشویی بیماران مبتلا به OCD به ترتیب بر اساس برخی عوامل تحمل نکردن بلاتکلیفی و تنظیم هیجان تبیین می‌شود. نتایج پژوهش کنونی می‌تواند تلویحاتی برای ایجاد زمینه‌های بیشتر حمایت اجتماعی از این بیماران بیش از پیش داشته باشد و پیشینه‌ای برای پژوهشهای گسترده‌تر در این زمینه ایجاد کند.
