The present research has investigated the experiences and strategies of exercising power of married women in Kabul city in their family life. In this regard, the present research was conducted using a qualitative method and using in-depth interviews and conceptual categorization in the form of thematic analysis. The statistical population of the research consists of 20 married, employed and university-educated women. Sampling was done in a purposeful way, so that first those who have the most information in line with the research goals were selected, then based on the theoretical sampling method, it continued until reaching theoretical saturation (obtaining duplicate information). The findings show that the strategies used by women in the axes of femininity, the axis of wifehood, the axis of career and the axis of motherhood are respectively; The politics of living behind closed doors, moment-to-moment representation of life's events, fighting hard for cooperation, the shadow of family elders over the legal matter, freeing the body, staying ready, overcoming professional development over other roles, complaining against wrongful abuses, Modeling of desirable motherhood and delayed motherhood can be mentioned, and finally, consequences such as: understanding for decision-making, emotional coldness in striving for peace, realizing the value of existence, punishment from punishment, recognizing the destructive image of other mothers and the hardships of not being a mother for them. has been looking for.
