Investigating the evolution of children's naming in Iranian families
"Systematic Review of Studies"

The huge social, economic and political changes that have occurred in Iran during the last century have had a profound impact on the culture and lifestyle of Iranian families. Examining names is one of the effective tools to identify cultural changes and developments in different historical periods.Paying attention to the importance of naming in all areas of an individual's and society's life makes it necessary to research and investigate it carefully. The existence of numerous researches in this regard indicates that the researchers were aware of the importance of the subject, but the multiplicity of these researches requires that the results presented in these researches be compiled, summarized and evaluated. Accordingly, the present research It has investigated the evolution of children's naming in Iran and the sociological factors related to it, using a systematic review method. The results of this research showed that in the past, religious trends and names dominated the general culture, but with the start of modernization programs and increasing urbanization, national names were favored, but in the first years of the revolution, this trend was reversed. In the last two decades, names with national and religious identity have had a decreasing trend, and the trend towards ethnic and transnational names has increased. The increase of transnational and innovative names indicates that the trend towards de-traditionalization and as a result individualism has increased, and in addition, television and satellite series have had a significant impact on the choice or non-choice of names for the born, as well as the combination of religious names with Amir. has had the highest abundance in the last 20 years and Amir Hossein and Amir Mohammad are two names that are part of the first 10 abundance of boys during this period, on the contrary, the names that are made with the words "Ghulam" and "Abd" show a huge decrease, one of the reasons for this It could be that in a patriarchal culture, the name of Amir is more suitable for children than the name of Ghulam.

Document based and content based analysis
of narratives in favor of childbearing

Population is one of the most important components of power on both national and international levels. Considering the differing perspectives of Islamic theorists on the issue of population, and recognizing that the root of these differences lies in various interpretations of religious texts, including narrations, this study employs qualitative research using library resources and a descriptive-analytical method of conceptual analysis to examine the authenticity and content of narrations related to childbirth. This fundamental, text-based research focuses on pro-childbirth narrations found in hadith sources. The findings indicate that the chains of transmission for these hadiths are generally authentic, and the content of the narrations points to two main themes promoting increased childbirth: 1. Explicit narrations advocating for childbirth (with subtopics such as the Prophet's pride in the growth of the population and the earth's weight due to those who glorify God). 2. Implicit narrations supporting childbirth (with subtopics such as children as intercessors for their parents and children as a means of increased sustenance). These narrations are aligned with Quranic verses and guide the expansion of the population to achieve monotheistic goals. Governments should work to remove obstacles to childbirth, such as the employment of women in positions where their presence is not effective, and instead, focus on employing women in roles that contribute to the qualitative improvement of the population, such as in healthcare and education.

Compilation and feasibility of a training package to increase the level of fidelity of spouses based on the Islamic model of regulating sexual behavior

The current research was conducted with the aim of developing and feasibility of an educational package to increase the fidelity of spouses based on the Islamic model of regulating sexual behavior. For this purpose, based on the pattern of regulating sexual behavior with the Islamic approach, the goals, techniques, and formulation of the therapeutic educational package were designed and its content validity was examined, and then its effectiveness in increasing sexual restraint towards non-spouse was examined. The validity of the content of the intervention was checked by asking the appropriateness of operational goals, techniques and tasks to increase the sexual restraint of spouses, based on the opinion of experts. A single-subject experimental design with a multiple baseline and a sample including three couples was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the therapeutic educational package. Operational goals, techniques and tasks of the intervention were achieved in eight steps. The content validity of the training package was also confirmed for all strategies, operational objectives and techniques in the opinion of nine experts. In the single-subject experimental design, the findings showed that all three clients with problems (in the first couple (male), in the second and third couple (female)) showed an increasing and improving trend in the scale of sexual abstinence with the start of the intervention. The 80% percentage of non-overlapping data (PND) related to the visual analysis of the sexual abstinence scale for all three references showed that the designed intervention was effective.

Challenges of child adoption Requests: a qualitative study in Tehran

Adoption is one of the pathways through which infertile couples can experience parenthood, while also providing a stable life for children who lack effective biological parents. Adoption can offer a profoundly meaningful experience for both adoptive parents and the adopted children. However, the decision to adopt is often accompanied by numerous challenges. The present study aims to explore, in depth, the issues and challenges faced by individuals seeking to adopt during the adoption process. This research employed a qualitative approach using thematic analysis. Based on the principle of theoretical saturation, a total of 38 women participated in the study. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The analysis of participants’ experiences revealed several key challenges, including: legal and policy-related gaps, systemic structural and procedural issues, difficulties related to parenting roles and couple dynamics, challenges arising from interactions with others, issues related to the adopted child, and concerns surrounding disclosure of the adoption. The findings suggest that although adoption may introduce additional complexities into a child’s natural developmental process, greater education and awareness about the emotional, psychological, and social implications of adoption can significantly enhance support for adopted children and their families

Re-examination of the requirement and effects of the condition of non-remarriage of the couple during the marriage contract based on the rule of will

wife can include in the marriage contract according to her free will, but on the other hand, some other jurists, most of whom are later jurists, consider it correct and obligatory by referring to the narration indicating the authenticity and validity of this condition and its non-contradiction with the requirements of the contract. The present study aims to answer the question that according to the principles of the sovereignty of the will, does the condition of non-remarriage of the couple while maintaining the validity of the marriage contract have the power to cause relative nullity and non-influence of remarriage? Based on this, the current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the validity or corruption of the condition of non-remarriage with the intention of not influencing remarriage despite the condition of non-remarriage during the marriage contract and answering its challenges in an analytical-documentary way. The research information was collected and analyzed by following the sources, evidences and opinions of jurists and explaining correct and authentic traditions and other jurisprudential evidences and emphasizing on the sovereignty of the will and the social expediency of the family and a new interpretation of the role of women in common life. The results showed that the emergence of jurisprudential evidences on the validity of the condition of non-remarriage of a man and its effects are included in the marriage contract, and it is possible to rule on the relative nullity and non-influence of the second marriage against the violation of this condition.

Development of a Structural Model for Self-actualization of Married Women and Men based on Perceived Parenting Role Mediated by Integrative Self-knowledge

This research was conducted with the purpose of evaluating the fit of the structural model of the relationship between perceived parenting, integrative self-knowledge and self-actualization in married women and men. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The target population included all married women and men of Shiraz in 2023, and the sample size was 409 people (205 women, 204 men), selected by proportional stratified sampling method. In order to collect data Esmaeilkhani' s self-actualization questionnaire (2001); Grolnick et al.'s perceived parenting questionnaire (1997); and Ghorbani et al. 's integrative self knowledge questionnaire (2008) were used. Data was analyzed by use of structural equation modeling method by Amos software. The research results indicated the fit of the proposed research model. Also, the direct path of parental autonomy support to integrative self-knowledge, parental warmth to self-actualization, and integrative self-knowledge to self-actualization were significant. Furthermore, based on the results of the Bootstrap Test, parental autonomy support had an indirect and significant effect on self-actualization with the mediating role of integrative self-knowledge.Based on the research findings, considering the interactive role of parental autonomy support and parental warmth, as well as integrative self-knowledge in predicting self-actualization of married women and men, it is recommended to educational institutions, personal growth and development instructors, and school counselors, that in order to increase and train self-actualized people in the society, first by proper foundation, place married women and men as the most important element and educational model in the path of self-actualization development. But since it is not possible to make changes in the parenting experiences that they have had before, therefore a major emphasis should be put on promoting their integrative self-knowledge. In the next step, in family education courses, especially courses based on parenting for married women and men- in the position of current or future parents- they should formulate the educational content with emphasis on parental autonomy support and parental warmth observing the principle of »balance «in these features, and in such a way to lay the groundwork for integrative self-knowledge and raising self-actualized children.

Educational resistance and resistant family from the perspective of educational jurisprudence

De-familization, de-valuation, de-ideology and finally secularization of culture and education has become one of the characteristics of modern humanistic civilization. The macro-theory of resistance in the discourse of the Islamic revolution and the theory of Islamic education is trying to stand against the flood of anti-resistance in the human sciences. The problem of the current article is to examine "family educational resistance" from the perspective of educational jurisprudence. The research method is descriptive-inferential and in the form of ijtihad and educational expertise. With conceptualization, educational resistance was established as persistence in the realization of education and dealing with educational threats, and then nine arguments from jurisprudential rules and Quranic verses on the "obligation of family educational resistance" were established and we came to the conclusion that "obligation of educational resistance" ( Educational sustainability and educational advocacy) can be considered as a rule in educational jurisprudence that leads to the following results: getting out of the "educational difficulties of the family", "educational synergistic resistance" with the revival of the "educational welfare network", "The need to form the cores of resistance" of families and the formation of the global monotheistic education front through educational diplomacy with the aim of strengthening the family and popularizing education.

Modeling Influential Factors of the Glass Cliff Phenomenon of women in Public Organizations Using a Grounded Theory Approach

In public organizational environments, women are often appointed to managerial and leadership positions when the organization is facing crises and significant challenges. This phenomenon, known as the "glass cliff," refers to situations where women are placed in precarious managerial positions where success is accompanied by considerable difficulties. This paper identifies and analyzes the factors influencing the emergence of glass cliff behavior in public organizations and presents a model using grounded theory. The aim of this research is to provide a model of glass cliff behavior in public organizations based on exploratory-developmental research and a descriptive method. This study employs a qualitative approach and grounded theory to examine the experiences and conditions of women in critical managerial positions. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with female managers and content analysis. The research process involved open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, leading to the identification and analysis of primary and secondary patterns. Using the grounded theory method, the components of the model were identified through open coding, and the final model was developed using axial and selective coding. The statistical population for model presentation consisted of female managers from public organizations in East Azerbaijan province (comprising 15 senior managers from public organizations, who were knowledgeable and experienced in management with qualifications such as sufficient expertise, deep awareness of the research topic, and broad perspectives on the research field with significant academic, practical, or research experience). The research, with a qualitative approach and grounded theory, led to the development of the proposed model. After data analysis, the glass cliff behavior framework in public organizations was categorized into 3 dimensions, 6 components, and 92 indicators This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the glass cliff phenomenon in public organizations and offers recommendations for improving appointment policies and supporting women in managerial positions. The results of this research can assist policymakers and managers in providing the necessary conditions and resources to prevent negative glass cliff experiences and promote the success of women in leadership roles.

As the concepts derived from the text of principle (10) are fully implemented and its supervision is operationalized by the government in the family sphere, and based on principle (10) of the Constitution, the family is introduced as the fundamental unit of society, and one of the most important duties of the government is to protect the sanctity of the family and to strengthen and consolidate its institution. Also, all policies and planning should be aimed at facilitating the functioning of the family and strengthening the foundation of the family. In fact, implementing this principle shows the scope of the desired government intervention in the family institution with the aim of achieving the excellence and dignity of the Islamic family. Finally, a practical model based on principle (10) of the Constitution was presented regarding government intervention, such as: giving authority to the family, supporting parenthood and marriage, redefining the growth indicators of the Islamic family, facilitating family functions, etc.

The Lived Experiences of Highly Resilient Mothers with Multiple Children: A Phenomenological Study

Mothers with multiple children face multilayered responsibilities in parenting, emotional care, and social roles, which place them under considerable psychological pressure. Nevertheless, some of these mothers demonstrate high levels of resilience by drawing on individual and social resources. The present study aimed to explore the lived experiences of highly resilient mothers with multiple children. This qualitative research employed a phenomenological approach. The study population consisted of mothers with three or more children who were purposefully selected based on predefined criteria. According to the principle of theoretical saturation, 15 participants were ultimately interviewed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews lasting 60 to 90 minutes and analyzed using Colaizzi’s method. To ensure rigor, peer debriefing and member checking were applied. The analysis yielded three overarching themes—“familial,” “personal,” and “environmental”—comprising 23 subthemes and 57 categories. Familial resources such as spousal and family support, enriched family structures, and empathy played a crucial role in strengthening resilience. At the individual level, factors including awareness, self-esteem, internal locus of control, spirituality, and self-care were prominent. Environmental dimensions, such as education, social support, and an adequate living environment, also provided significant protective resources. Findings revealed that maternal resilience in multi-child families is a dynamic and multilayered phenomenon arising from the interplay of personal, familial, and environmental factors. These insights can serve as a foundation for designing psychosocial and community-based interventions aimed at empowering mothers and promoting family well-being.
