To this end, the 2030  Document and the Fundamental Transformation Document of Education were studied using the comparative qualitative content analysis (theme analysis) method. One of the most important goals of education in Islam is public education, and women’s right to education has been recognized as one of the fundamental human rights in numerous international documents. The extent to which women benefit from educational opportunities in any country is considered one of the development features of that country, meaning that, similar to men, women have the right to free-of-charge education. Given the profound impact of educational programs on different societies and considering the issue that education and training of generations in a society is one of the governmental responsibilities, it is necessary for governments as the main stakeholders of the country's public interest to facilitate education among women and men by making and enforcing appropriate laws. The Islamic Republic of Iran has made good attempts to increase the literacy rate of women to 99% at the elementary level by making and enforcing numerous domestic laws, which indicates that the Islamic Republic of Iran correctly understands the important role of women and family in society. This research work mainly intended to explore the differences between the Islamic Republic of Iran’s 2030  Document on Education and other domestic documents with respect to women’s right to education. The research findings reveal that although this document includes some positive points in regard to individuals’ right to education, it is not known how the conflicts between this document and some values and upstream documents will be resolved.}, keywords = {women,Right to Education,Islam,the 2030 Document on Education,domestic documents}, title_fa = {سند آموزش 2030 جمهوری اسلامی ایران و حق آموزش زنان}, abstract_fa = {این پژوهش باهدف بررسی اسناد داخلی و بینالمللی حق آموزش زنان و با مطالعه موردی سند 2030 و سند تحول بنیادین آموزشوپرورش و با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی مقایسهای (تحلیل تم) صورت گرفته است. یکی از مهمترین اهداف آموزش در اسلام، آموزش همگانی است؛ آن‌چنانکه در عرصه بینالمللی نیز حق آموزش زنان از جمله حقوق بنیادین بشری است که در اسناد متعدد بینالمللی به این مهم اذعان شده است. میزان بهره‌مندی زنان از امکانات آموزشی  در هر کشور یکی از ویژگیهای توسعه یافتگی آن کشور درنظر گرفته می‌شود؛ به این معنا که زنان در جامعه همانند مردان از حق آموزش رایگان برخوردارند. با توجه به تأثیرات عمیق برنامههای آموزشی در جوامع مختلف و با لحاظ حاکمیتی بودن مسئله آموزش و تربیت نسل، بر دولتها به عنوان متکفلان اصلی مصالح عمومی کشوری لازم است تا با تلاش در جهت ایجاد مواسات در تعلیم میان زنان و مردان و با تدوین قوانین جامع و مانع موجبات حصول حق آموزش زنان را فراهم سازند. جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مسیر تدوین قوانین مورد نیاز احقاق حق آموزش زنان اهتمام کرده و با تدوین قوانین متعدد داخلی ویژگی سوادآموزی زنان را در مقطع ابتدایی به 99% رسانده است که این امر نشاندهنده اهمیت و فهم صحیح جمهوری اسلامی ایران نسبت به نقش زنان و خانواده در جامعه است. سؤال اساسی این پژوهش، میزان تمایزات حق آموزش زنان در سند  آموزش 2030 جمهوری اسلامی ایران و اسناد داخلی است. .با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش هرچند این سند نکات مثبتی را در بحث حق آموزش افراد دربردارد، مشخص نیست تضادهای این سند با برخی از ارزشها و اسناد بالادستی چگونه برطرف خواهد شد.}, keywords_fa = {زنان,حق آموزش,اسلام,سند آموزش 2030,اسناد داخلی}, url = {https://cwfs.ihu.ac.ir/article_205001.html}, eprint = {https://cwfs.ihu.ac.ir/article_205001_a216218398d8e2808a17e936c0b783e7.pdf} }
